Overview
We constructed 3 Architectural terraced duplexes on a very steep and tricky site. Some of the challenges included having effective site access, excavation and the retaining requirements outlined by the engineers. This was overcome by great collaboration among all consultants involved, extensive preliminary planning and good project management.
