Overview
We were instructed to complete Civil works to form roads and install services, including drainage, power and data. Some of the challenges included sourcing hard-fill for the base course material, which we solved by quarrying limestone from the subject site. Civil works were completed without any cost overruns, which resulted in 10 titles for the client to offload.
