Overview
HARPER was instructed to carry out the civil earthworks and foundations. As this was a fairly complicated site, some of the challenges included having to drill 28 pile holes, 12-15 metres deep without the site collapsing. We were able to manage the project well by utilising the correct equipment, keeping in regular communication with the engineers and scheduling our concrete pouring to the minute. The foundation work was completed to Auckland Council and engineering requirements without budget blowout.
